Jai Shankar Consultancy Services was registered in BS 2041 in Government of Nepal (then His Majesty’s Government of Nepal) with a view to provide consultancy services in the filed of design and construction supervision of civil structures like roads , bridges, buildings, water supply etc. In the beginning it provided services in the field of detailed design of roads and bridges. Latter on from BS 2050 it switched on the design and construction supervision of various types buildings like residential buildings, shopping complex, Work Shop Complex, party palaces, campus buildings, office buildings, LPG Gas Depo and Petrol Pump, ATMs, remodeling & interior planning and decoration of bank and office buildings etc.
The main objective of the Consultancy Services is to provide cost effective and safe design of buildings with rational functional relations among various components of the buildings. Preparation of appropriate contract document and construction supervision with quality assurance is also the part of the objective.
Change of time has direct bearing on the thinking, living and working/ business style of people. Therefore, remodeling of existing buildings with rational interior planning, re-planning with interior decoration of office buildings, landscaping of the office / compound premises is also within the objective of our services.
Jai Shanker consultancy Services (Firm) has successfully designed and supervised construction of many prestigious buildings of different nature. Among them is Twin Building of Mr. Shayam Thapalia at Guheshwari, Ktm: Building of Mr. Veeke Jee Overseas at Rabi Bahwan, Ktm, Apartment building of Mrs. Priya Agrawal and Party Palace of Amrit Bhog at Kalika Sthan, Deli bazaar, Ktm etc and has successfully designed Business Complex of Dr Kanhaiya Pradhan at Baneshwor , Ktm which will be constructed this year nearly opposite to Everest Hotel along Arniko Highway.
